Follow this simple recipe to bake your own almond meal cake.
You would need:

  • 1 cup (100 grams) of almond meal
  • 3⁄4 cup (150 grams) of white sugar (if you wished for it to be sweet)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1⁄2 cup of melted butter

Preparation of almond meal cake:

Pre heat the oven to 300 F, Butter the baking pan in which you are going to place the cake.
