SERVES: 4
INGREDIENT:
- 700gr Chicken Breast,
- 100gr mushrooms,
- 1 tbsp oil,
- 2 tbsp flour,
- 1finely minced onion, salt & pepper,
- Curry Powder,
- 1 cup cream,
- 1 tbsp minced parsley.
DIRECTION:
Slice Chicken breast in stripes and flour meat. Sauté meat with onions and sliced mushrooms in oil ( or butter) & flavor with salt pepper and curry to taste. Add cream to meat and let simmer on low heat until sauce thickens a bit. Then serve with white rice.
NOTES: Serve with rice and garnish with banana and peach slices.
