Sliced Chicken Breast in Creamy Curry Sauce Recipe

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENT:  

  • 700gr Chicken Breast,  
  • 100gr mushrooms,  
  • 1 tbsp oil,  
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1finely minced onion, salt & pepper,
  • Curry Powder,  
  • 1 cup cream,
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley.


DIRECTION:  

Slice Chicken breast in stripes and flour meat. Sauté meat with onions and sliced mushrooms in oil ( or butter) & flavor with salt pepper and curry to taste. Add cream to meat and let simmer on low heat until sauce thickens a bit. Then serve with white rice.

NOTES: Serve with rice and garnish with banana and peach slices.
